Financial Sales Manager

Accomplish staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, developing personal growth opportunities and disciplining employees; developing, coordinating and enforcing systems, policies, procedures and productivity standards.
Ability to highly engage all direct reports and offer an ultimate experience where the customer is "wowed".
Identify and generate small business accounts and loan opportunities, as well as open personal deposit accounts.
Professionally and actively represents the bank in the community by strategically participating on boards and committees, partnering with charitable organizations, coordinating and teaching financial literacy and attending local professional networking groups.
Promotes a positive image of the bank; develops and maintains effective business relationships with prospects, customers, employees and retail partners; in addition to serving as a liaison within all areas of the organization.
Tracks and Reports sales goals for subordinates, while assisting in business training, such as products and services, sales techniques, and business relationship management, to bank employees.
Proactively works with marketing and seeks ways to develop and expand business relationships through marketing displays, call programs, and other prospecting techniques, as well as retain and expand current customer relationships.
Generate and provide qualified referrals to all bank partners.
Collaborate with HR and RSM to recommend additions or reductions in staff supervised; recruit and interview applicants for staff positions.
Collaborate with RSM and CSM in establishing branch budgets and other internal performance objectives, while working to achieve branch profitability.
Complete other duties as assigned.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
